Il dispositivo è usato per la programmazione dei transponder, che fanno parte di quei sistemi automobilistici immobilizzanti.

A differenza del modello precedente, Tango è il nuovo modello a due bande, che ha permesso di aggiungere i transponder sottoriportati della Texas Instruments.

Il dispositivo ha un design ergonomico con elevate caratteristiche meccaniche di classe IP65 secondo la norma DIN EN 60529. Il dispositivo ha le seguenti dimensioni:

L'involucro del dispositivo è composto da 3mm di plastica ABS con una guarnizione di gomma antiurto.
